Brickell World Plaza includes 600 Brickell, 620 Brickell and the adjacent green spaces. Adjacent to 600 Brickell on the north side is an accessible plaza with a contemporary tiered water fountain with landscaped walkways, seating areas, free public Wi-Fi along with surrounding music. It is located between 6th & 7th Street east of the Metro mover area and is a beautiful and attractive space.

To the north of 620 Brickell World Plaza, is a future development site. This site has been lushly landscaped to provide a temporary green space for the tenants and public to use prior to future construction.

Both green spaces were designed to provide a pleasant visual experience amid the development of the area. The green spaces are private property and not public parks. Ownership reserves the right to remove any individual who is not following the rules or is a nuisance. Dogs are welcome in the green spaces but pet owners are responsible for their dogs and must clean up pet waste and keep the animals leashed at all times.
