The role of MLE Parking is to support activities and business in the area with their parking needs, while maintaining a first-class parking experience.
Operations
600 Brickell features a 12-level parking garage with 861 parking spaces with an additional 30 spaces located in the basement for valet services operated by MLE Parking 600, LLC for the exclusive use of TENANTS at 600 Brickell and their visitors. The parking facility is automated with barrier gates.

Parking Hours
The hours of the parking garage are 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The parking facility is accessible to Tenants 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with an active parking card, subject to parking agreement rules and regulations. Overnight parking is NOT permitted except for reserved spaces.
Reserved Parking for Low-Emitting Fuel & Energy Efficient Vehicles
Parking stalls reserved for fuel-efficient vehicles are clearly marked. As a reminder, do not park in these spaces unless the vehicle has been designated a high efficiency vehicle. Fuel-efficient vehicles are those that achieve a minimum green score of 40 on the vehicle-rating guide of the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACCEEE). To see if your vehicle meets the minimum green score, please go to www.greenercars.org and to see your vehicle rating. Please note the uses of these spaces are not exclusive and must be shared with other fuel-efficient vehicles and are subject to availability.

Patrons stop by a central payment station located in the building lobby before reaching their vehicles and insert ticket received at gate entry. Payment can be made by tenant validation or credit card. Exit is achieved by inserting paid ticket in reader at exit gate. We accept Master Card, Visa & Amex only. Cash is NOT accepted.

Tenant Visitor Parking Validations:
Validation coupons for visitors can be pre-purchased in the Building Management office. These requests are submitted through the work order system. The purchase of parking validations is a point-of-sale transaction with payment due at time of pick-up. Payment can be made by check payable to MLE Parking 600 LLC or credit card. We accept Master and Visa.
The tenant discounted validations rates offered are as follows in minimum packs of 25.
